Spring Summer 2024 Newsletter
Our school has been in operation since 2008. Our ongoing success is due to the support of our students and their families. Thank you for supporting the JI-BEH Family.
As we march forward, we will continue to reinvest in JI-BEH. Bringing you and your families more opportunities to have fun, educate, and train. We have a few and changes on the horizon, and we’re excited to share what’s on the way.

Fee Changes
Our prices haven’t changed in 3 year. We originally held classes 3 times a week. We currently have 4 training days, with additional pick up classes on Fridays and Saturdays.
Not raising tuition. We will be going up on Fee’s associated with testing and starting students.
We don’t require students to purchase equiptment. At brown belt level it’s helpful to have your own bo staff to train at home with.
Testing
We are changing our Dragon testing from in class to Saturdays. If there are any Dragons that cannot make the date, their promotions will occur during the next class they attend.
Dragons test is scheduled for Saturday, June 24th
Gup Test is Scheduled for Saturday, July 29th
Gup students need a minimum of 24 classes and 3 months training to be eligible for testing.
Testing Cycle is 3 months. During that time students have access to 50 - 56 on average. With the additional Friday and Saturday classes, this adds and extra 5 - 10 +. Students that are consistent with 2 days a week is the goal. Please take advantage of our Friday and Saturday classes to make up any missed days.
Students and parents will receive updates to attendance at the beginning and end of each month. With a suggestion of over all performance. If you would like to schedule a phone

Scholarship Update
We’ve been interested in creating several scholarships for high school students wishing to further their education in a trade field. To generate funds for those scholarships, we will be having some upcoming events. Instead of charging a fee, we would like students and parents to consider making a donation to our scholarship fund. Cash, check, and card options will be available.
